Final pricing may change if the actual property conditions differ from the information provided, or if additional work is required.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Once service is scheduled, you are responsible for following all preparation instructions we provide, including bagging food, securing pets, and vacating the property as required. Failure to properly prepare may result in rescheduling and additional fees. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Payment

Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is expected upon completion of the service.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Eligible tent fumigation services include a 1-year guarantee as described in your service agreement. The guarantee is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions stated in that agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tent Fumigation Specialist LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
