We want the decision to protect your home to be easy — and that means no games on price. If you find a lower comparable written quote for the same work, bring it to us before you accept our estimate and we'll have the opportunity to beat it. The rules below keep the guarantee fair and workable for everyone.

What our pricing means

Most single-family home tent fumigations fall around $2,500–$2,800. This is a typical, estimated range for single-family homes — not a universal fixed price. Every property is quoted to its actual size, structure, and conditions, so you always receive an exact written price before any work begins.

How the guarantee works

• Comparable service. The competing quote must be for substantially the same structure, treatment scope, target pest, fumigant / service type, and required work.
• Written quote required. You must provide a current written estimate from a properly licensed and insured provider before Tent Fumigation Specialist LLC service begins.
• Same property. The quote must apply to the same property / address and reflect materially the same known conditions and measurements.
• Current & verifiable. The quote must be valid, unexpired, and reasonably verifiable by Tent Fumigation Specialist LLC.
• Apples-to-apples total. We compare the actual total customer price, including any mandatory fees or charges that are part of completing the comparable service.
• No stacking. The guarantee cannot be combined with other Tent Fumigation Specialist LLC promotions, coupons, referral discounts, or special offers unless we approve otherwise.
• Excluded quotes. We exclude obvious errors, expired offers, employee or friends-and-family pricing, bundled or non-comparable services, barter, insurance-paid pricing, and quotes we cannot reasonably verify.
• Serviceability. Tent Fumigation Specialist LLC must be able and willing to perform or arrange the service under normal safety, scheduling, licensing, and property-access requirements.
• Before acceptance. Your price-match / beat request must be made before our quote is accepted and before service starts.
• Tent Fumigation Specialist LLC confirmation. Any matched or beaten price becomes effective only after we confirm the comparison in writing.
